What is it ?
ELITE is a digital serious game that simulates professional interactions in a multinational virtual team. Players will gain experience working and communicating online with a multinational, multilingual and multicultural team while organizing an event in Thailand.
The game was originally developed for a doctoral research project at the CERAG (management) research lab at Université Grenoble Alpes (France).
