As part of our training and research mission, we process your personal data. These General Terms explain how we collect and process this personal information. Please read them carefully.

Anne Bartel-Radic, University Professor at Sciences Po Grenoble, is responsible for data process and decides upon processing purposes and resources.
Data processing notably includes “collection, recording, organisation, structuring, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, distribution and any other form of provision, cross-referencing or inter-connection, limitation, deletion and destruction.”

Personal data that we may collect and process
Personal information is collected when you register for the game, and when you use the serious game.
We collect the following personal information:
• Information concerning the identify of individuals, such as surname, first name, gender, age, student number, country of origin
• Contact details, such as your email address
• Information that you provide when you use the serious game
The information collected during the use of the serious game may be cross-referenced with other data concerning your education (studies followed, results obtained).
How do we use your personal data?
We use your personal information for educational and research purposes only, excluding any commercial exploitation.
We use your personal information to enable evaluation of the answers provided during use of the serious game, and to enable evaluation of your skills, thus enabling definition of your score and/or open badge validation.
We use your personal information for research, in which case, the data is used anonymously.
Sharing your personal data
In order to guarantee the respect and confidentiality of your personal information, we undertake not to sell or disclose it to any entity other than those listed below.
We may disclose your information to IDEX partners, since IDEX funded the development of the serious game. IDEX partners are: Communauté Université Grenoble Alpes, L’Université Grenoble Alpes, Le Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Grenoble Alpes, Grenoble INP, Le CNRS, L’INRIA, L’ENSAG, Sciences Po Grenoble, le CEA, L’INSERM, IRSTEA.
We may use your information to comply with our legal obligations, sharing it, if necessary, with a competent authority, such as CNIL (France’s data protection agency), to demonstrate our compliance with the GDPR.
Information collected in the use of the serious game and for research purposes may be transferred to our partners within the framework of a collaboration project; such data will first be anonymised (your full name, student number and contact information will be eliminated).
Data conservation
We keep the personal data you provide for 10 years, notably to enable us to comply with applicable legislation and for research purposes.
Your rights
You have rights over your personal information:
− The right to obtain details of the personal information we have and the processing implemented;
− The right to modify or correct your personal information,
− The right to request deletion of your personal information (right to be forgotten or right to erasure)
− The right to refuse or to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information,

How do we guarantee the security of your personal data?
We ensure that your information is processed securely and confidentially.
